Welcome to BeeBaby. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and BeeBaby HK Limited (“BeeBaby”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the BeeBaby apps, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Important: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and contain limits on our liability (Section 16) and the way disputes are resolved (Section 18). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, and consumers in some places (such as the EEA and the UK) keep mandatory protections and the courts of their home country, so parts of these Terms may not apply to you.

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use BeeBaby. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it if we’ve previously banned you or if applicable law prohibits it. We may suspend, terminate, or require verification if we believe you are underage or ineligible.

2. What BeeBaby is — and is not

BeeBaby is an AI-assisted social/dating service. Your AI “twin” autonomously breaks the ice and holds early conversations on your behalf, and we surface the people worth meeting so you can take the conversation from there. We help with introductions and ice-breaking; we do not guarantee that you will match with anyone, that any introduction will lead to a relationship, or any particular online or offline outcome, nor do we guarantee the identity, authenticity, conduct, or availability of any member. You are responsible for your own interactions and decisions.

3. Your account

You sign in using a Google or Apple account. Keep your credentials secure and don’t share, sell, or transfer your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account, must provide accurate information and keep it current, and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. One person, one account.

4. Profile, liveness & verification

We may require photos, a selfie, a liveness check, or other verification to create an account, improve trust and safety, reduce fraud, or comply with law, including third-party tools such as AWS Rekognition face liveness (see the Privacy Policy). You agree to provide truthful verification information and not to bypass or manipulate verification. Verification does not mean we endorse a member or guarantee their identity or safety online or offline.

5. Your AI twin & automated features

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party large-language models, to generate messages, summaries, suggestions, match evaluations, chemistry scores, and handoff notes on your behalf. You authorize us to use your profile, training content, preferences, messages, and related context to operate these features. You understand that:

• AI-generated output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or not reflect your views; you are responsible for reviewing your profile, settings, messages, and interactions, and for activity on your account;
• your twin acts within the settings and inputs you provide, and you can train, guide, and review it as the app allows;
• BeeBaby is not professional advice (relationship, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency); and
• you may not use AI features to deceive, harass, manipulate, impersonate, scam, or harm others. We may monitor, restrict, or disable AI features to protect members or the Service.

6. Your content & license

“User Content” is what you submit through the Service — photos, bio, prompts, preferences, training chats, messages, gifts, reports, and feedback. You keep ownership of your User Content and represent that you have the rights to it and that it doesn’t violate these Terms or anyone’s rights.

You grant BeeBaby a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and use your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, moderate, and improve the Service (including running your AI twin, matching, messaging, safety, and support). We do not use your User Content for external marketing or advertising without your separate, prior opt-in. When you delete User Content or your account, we handle deletion as described in the Privacy Policy; some content may remain where shared with others, included in reports, retained for safety/legal reasons, held in backups for a limited time, or de-identified.

7. Acceptable use & community rules

To keep BeeBaby safe and respectful, you agree not to:

• be under 18, create an account for someone else, or misrepresent your identity, age, relationship status, location, intentions, or affiliation;
• harass, bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, defame, exploit, or harm any person, or promote hate or violence;
• post or send sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or intimate content, exploitation, trafficking, self-harm encouragement, or anything illegal;
• impersonate anyone or use fake or other people’s photos;
• share another person’s private or intimate information without consent;
• solicit money, gifts, passwords, or financial information for unlawful, deceptive, or exploitative purposes, or run scams (including romance / “pig-butchering” scams);
• use the Service for fraud, spam, phishing, money laundering, commercial solicitation, or political campaigning without permission;
• use bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data collection, or interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service or another member’s account;
• use the Service’s AI to generate prohibited, deceptive, or abusive content or to manipulate other members.

The rules above are our community rules; we may publish more detailed guidance from time to time.

8. Safety & offline interactions

You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline. We do not conduct criminal background checks unless expressly stated. Use good judgment: protect your personal information, meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you’re going, and follow local safety guidance. Report harmful, suspicious, or abusive behavior through in-app reporting or support[AT]beebaby.ai. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

9. Moderation & enforcement

We use automated systems and human review (including detection of scams, prohibited content, manipulation, and prompt-injection attempts across both AI and human messages), user reports, and third-party tools to detect and respond to violations. We’re not obligated to monitor all content, but we may review content and account activity for safety, legal, support, or operational reasons. We may warn, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report to authorities. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect members, the public, the Service, or our legal rights. If we restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate your content or account, you may appeal by contacting us at support[AT]beebaby.ai; we will review your appeal and respond. 10. Purchases, coins, gifts & subscriptions

BeeBaby offers paid items such as coins, gifts, and subscription tiers; prices and contents are shown in the app. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms; we don’t receive your full payment-card details, and you generally manage cancellations and refunds through that store.

Subscriptions auto-renew. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription automatically renews and your store account is charged the then-current price. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple ID or Google Play settings — deleting the app or your account may not cancel a subscription.

Virtual items (coins, gifts) are licensed not sold, are personal and non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be limited, expired, or discontinued as allowed by law. Refund rights vary by location. Because all purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are generally handled through that store’s process under its terms. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days; by buying and immediately accessing coins, gifts, or a subscription, you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been fully delivered. 11. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service — software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, the “BeeBaby” name and logos, models, systems, and databases — except for your User Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or authorized by us.

12. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

13. App stores & third parties

Your use of the Service through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to their terms. The Service integrates with third-party providers (sign-in, cloud, AI, payments, notifications, analytics, support); we are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies may apply.

Apple App Store. If you download BeeBaby from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that: these Terms are concluded between you and BeeBaby only, not Apple, and BeeBaby (not Apple) is solely responsible for the Service and its content; Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the Service; Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied, and in the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Service (including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims); Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim relating to the Service; you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Service. You agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

14. Account deletion & termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app at Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us at support[AT]beebaby.ai (the Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion). Deleting your account starts a 30-day deletion cooldown during which you cannot sign in or sign up again with the same account; after 30 days, the account and its associated personal data are permanently erased, except data we must retain or de-identify for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting reasons (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the Service harmfully. After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive — including ownership, the content license as needed for retained content, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and legal-compliance provisions.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability. We don’t warrant that the Service will find matches, produce chemistry, improve dating outcomes, prevent harm, detect all misconduct, or operate uninterrupted or error-free; AI and matching features are probabilistic and may be wrong. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you — including mandatory consumer guarantees in the EEA, the UK, or your home jurisdiction. 16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeBaby and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeeBaby and its affiliates and their personnel, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or law, or your violation of another person’s rights.

18. Disputes & governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and BeeBaby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except that BeeBaby may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose law guarantees you the protection of your local mandatory consumer rules and home courts, nothing in this Section deprives you of those protections or of the right to bring proceedings in your home country’s courts.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support[AT]beebaby.ai so we can try to resolve it informally.

19. Modifying or discontinuing the Service

We are continuously developing BeeBaby. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features (including AI behaviors, matching, coins, gifts, and subscription tiers) at any time, and we may set or change limits on the Service. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you have already purchased, we’ll act reasonably and consistent with applicable law and the app stores’ rules. We are not liable for modifying or discontinuing the Service except as required by law.

20. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented in the app, are the entire agreement between you and BeeBaby about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and BeeBaby. Section headings are for convenience only. We may give you notices through the app, by email, or by another reasonable method, and you consent to receiving them electronically.

21. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you in the app or by another appropriate method before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
